1. What Muyabet is

Muyabet is an online marketplace. We introduce customers and professionals. We are not the employer, agent or contractor of any professional, and we are not a party to the agreement, price or payment between a customer and a professional. Please agree the scope, price and timing directly, and check the work yourself.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and give true information.
• You log in with Telegram or Google (or SMS where available). Keep your accounts secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. We may block accounts that break these terms.

3. Customers

• Posting a task is free. New tasks are reviewed and may be rejected, for example if they are unclear, illegal or contain contact details or abuse.
• Choose a professional only when you are ready. After you hire, mark the task done and leave an honest review.

4. Professionals, credits and verification

• Professionals pay credits to send an offer. The price of a credit and the number of credits per offer are set by Muyabet and shown in the app before you send.
• Credits pay for sending the offer, not for winning the job. Credits are not refunded or exchanged for money, but we may add them back at our discretion, for example after our error.
• A verification badge means we checked the documents you gave at that time. It is not a guarantee of quality, licence or insurance.

5. Rules for everyone

• No false, misleading or illegal content, no harassment, no spam, and no attempts to take payment or contacts outside the rules of the platform.
• Reviews must be honest and based on a real job.
• Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or collect other users' data.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow Muyabet to show it on the service as described in our Privacy policy, and to remove it if it breaks these terms.

7. Our responsibility

We work to keep Muyabet available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Muyabet is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of work done by professionals, for disputes between users, or for indirect losses.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use Muyabet means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
